Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Spring Bound Labs. We want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review the return and refund terms below.

1. Return and Refund Window

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.
After 30 days from delivery, all sales are final unless the item is defective or arrives damaged.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a full refund or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all labels included

  • You must provide proof of purchase such as an order number or receipt

If these conditions are not met, such as when an item is used, altered or damaged by the customer, we may deny the refund or offer partial credit.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To begin your return or refund request:

  1. Email us at hello@springboundlabs.com with your order number and reason for the request

  2. Include photos if the product is defective or damaged

  3. Once approved, we will send instructions for returning the item if needed

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective or damaged.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

When your returned item is received and approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
We may also offer store credit or an exchange for the same product or one of equal value.
Sale items may be final sale and not eligible for refunds.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos and a short explanation.
Once confirmed, we will provide a replacement, store credit or full refund.

6. Non Returnable Items

Some items may not qualify for returns or refunds. These include:

  • Consumable or perishable products if applicable

  • Items marked as final sale at checkout

  • Items returned after 30 days unless defective

If an item is non returnable, this will be clearly stated on the product page or at checkout.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping details at checkout. Spring Bound Labs is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.

We may update this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will appear on this page with the updated date.
