1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer the following domestic shipping options:

Delivery times begin once the order has shipped, not at the moment of purchase. Actual delivery may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or high-volume seasons.

4. Shipping Coverage (U.S. Only)
Spring Bound Labs currently ships to all continental U.S. states.
We do not ship to:

Alaska

Hawaii

U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)

APO/FPO/DPO addresses
(Adjust if you plan to include any of these.)
5. Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

You can use this number to follow your package’s progress.

If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us.
6. Missing, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your order is lost, delayed beyond the estimated window, or arrives damaged:

We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as needed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
Spring Bound Labs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
